Nov. 22nd, 2020 11:26 pmThrough somewhat random chance, I am getting to try out a weighted blanket tonight, and yes I've only been lying under it for a few minutes but so far I am delighted at how much it has calmed my anxiety.
I've heard of them being good for neurodivergent people and people with chronic pain. But just my common-or-garden anxiety disorders seem to be enough to make a noticeable improvement possible.
