THE CAPS LOCK KEY ON MY KEYBOARD IS STUCK.
SERIOUSLY.
IT'S BEEN WONKY FOR A WHILE BUT NOW IT WON'T TURN OFF AT ALL.
I WAS GOING TO TELL YOU ABOUT MY THEORY OF GRAMMAR EXAM TODAY (STRESSFUL, GLAD IT'S DONE, INACCESSIBLE AF JUST LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE ABOUT THE CLASS), OR MAYBE ABOUT AN INTERESTING LINK
conuly SHARED ABOUT CHEROKEE LANGUAGE LEARNERS, BUT IT'LL HAVE TO WAIT NOW.
HERE'S HOPING THE COMPUTER IS BETTER TOMORROW! (I WILL NOT KEEP DOING THIS IF IT ISN'T, DON'T WORRY. I KNOW IT'S HARD TO READ AND LOOKS SHOUTY. BUT I THOUGHT IT WAS KINDA FUNNY TOO.)

Date: 2019-01-17 06:22 pm (UTC)Thank you. I still don't know anything about Windows (DSA laptop needs Windows but I'd been a Linux user for the previous 15 years) and I presume it is a software thing because it won't turn off even with external keyboard plugged in so it's not like the key is physically broken.
One of the things I was going to say in this now-unwritten blog entry was that it was nice to sit down at the computer without urgent uni work to do, something that hasn't been the case since sometime last year. (So in that sense, this was well-timed!) I can afford to give it tomorrow to Think About What It's Done and even though turning it off and back on again didn't work today, leaving it turned off for a day might help! Anything is possible!
If it doesn't help, I'll definitely be in touch for software help. :)
