You know you’re doing something right when a single small bit of news of developments in your life gets softfruit to say i shall make my new years resolution “to continue to have more lovers than holly does” and demand that people help me if you acquire another!

I haven’t acquired any new ones, mind, but that makes it all the more impressive that the likes of softfruit could think that I am in her league!

Now i'm obviously biased and i believe that Jen is one of the sexiest people in the known universe Buti don't believe in the whole "not in my league" thing. It would only work if everyone found exactly the same things attractive and if the "top of the league" people had room for an infinite number of lovers ...
I don't think i'd be interested in me-if-i-was-a-separate-person and i often feel like i'm majorly unattractive. But in spite of being one of the sexiest people in the world Jen is inexplicably interested me.

I don't know you well but you seem like a nice person so i don't see any reason why you shouldn't have as many lovers as softfruit if you wanted to

Well I'm not doing any lesbian foot-shuffling so far as neither my boyfriend, my husband, nor the impending new guy is a lesbian. :) That should help.

Aw! Well I have always felt that the reason I didn't have as many lovers as softfruit is because, as you said, if I was me-as-a-different-person I don't think I'd think much of me at all so I can't see why other people do. :)

Which is only fair as this situation I now find myself in came about when my boyfriend and I were having a conversation we have all the time, wherein he goes "people do fancy you because you're great!" and I say "yeah but it's only you [and my husband] who thinks that way" and then someone else who was in the room at the time said "well I fancy you" and I said "I fancy you!" (which I hadn't even known consciously myself until I heard myself saying it! :)) and that's all it takes, apparently!

"Well I fancy you" "And I fancy you" can take YEARS when you have lesbian footshuffle. Often more years than the ensuing romancing, relationship, marriage, turkey baster games, raising of children and tortuous divorce over whose fault it was that the cat died.

One of my male partners (conflux is definitely a lesbian-boy and the other one oilrig shares a cat with me and managed an impressive amount of lesbian-style foot-shufleage (i didn't know he fancied me until we actually started having sex) so i'm not convinced it works like that ...

I'm glad it was this one that was at the top and not the one before. That one was rubbish. :) (The rubbish stuff is still going on but I can now hope that the worst of it is past.)
