Last night I noticed that Jenn's feet were so cold that I could feel the iciness radiationg off them when they weren't even touching my leg, but just near it.

As soon as I mentioned this, Jenn wrapped both her feet around my poor leg, which had done nothing to deserve this except be warm under the covers. She cackled maniacally at first, but then put her feet back on her side of the bed and apologized.

I told her not to worry about it, that it's good practice for me having Matthew around the next couple of nights. Not only does he like to torture me with his cold feet, but he has long toenails!

And yet, I'm still happy he's around.

Hehe, your story is definitely one I can relate to. I tend to have cold feet as well, but I never intentionally put them on someone to make them cold. I'd always apologize to Seth about my cold feet back in the day. :)

And there must be something with men and not cutting their toenails -- Seth's have attacked me in the past as well! :)

Yeah, my feet are often cold, as well, so sometimes I get him with them, too. This is one of the reasons I cannot really complain too much. All feet warm up eventually, everybody gets all happy and warm.

And, by any standard, he was quite nice to me last night anyway ...

Except Jenn, who claims I'm a blanket hog. I was actually too hot that night; I don't need a lot of blankets but Mom had put an extra one on my bed, and flannel sheets too, because this is what she does in the winter. I usually sleep in shorts, even in the winter, but I know their house is so cold all the time that I brought pants (the black silky ones from you, actually; they're good to sleep in if I need pants). So I was roasting, and thus definitely hogging the blankets unintentionally! Besides, she was hogging the whole bed anyway. Matthew does that too! These people who are bigger than me seem to think they deserve all the space, or something.

Be this as it may, I still like sleeping next to somebody more than sleeping alone. I don't know what it is about it, but I sleep better and everything.

I have a queen size bed at home, and it just feels lonely...

...so come on over if you want someone to sleep with! I have room! :)
