I don't know if John F. Nash, Jr., actually said that or not, but Russell Crowe said it in A Beautiful Mind, part of his Nobel Prize acceptance speech. I really like this quote, especially in that context. Mathematicians who seem cold and detached even when they're not seeming schizophrenic can still care about love!

I like to think that love is not completely illogical or unreasonable. I like to think that you can be in love and be intelligent at the same time (as intelligent as you were before, anyway!).

Yeah same here. I definately want an intelligent Lady. And Im not going to show off in town centres in front of single people either. Its just plain rude!*g*

Now don't you two get unintelligence mixed up with silliness. Love is silly, so lovers should be silly. But not so silly in the presence of others as to make them sick.
