I had a nice day, with sunshine and a very excited Gary running around the park and rolling in the grass and fajitas and more pandemic-style socializing.
But this evening Andrew has found out that a friend of his has died suddenly (not of covid but we don't know any other details). They weren't super close but Andrew has been doing some work for him in recent months and they'd known each other a really long time, at least as long as Andrew's known me, and his friend was about the same age as us. So I don't much feel like writing.
