I painted the rest of my room today!

Well mostly, not the top edge and not the wall with the window/desk, but I painted lots of it!

And because it's not done there's still stuff everywhere, because I have to live in Manchester the lighting is terrible (I didn't appreciate how lucky I was to get a sunny day to paint the green!), but I still think it looks great.

I'm really happy with the blue, mother_bones compared it approvingly to the color of a swimming pool.

Oh, good. If it's a color you like, then it's a good color for the room.

Even my mom said she liked it when she saw it on Skype, after she said she liked another color better from my paint swatches I was really surprised how complimentary she was about it!

Nice. I have middling luck about paint swatches matching the finished product, so it's always pleasant to me when the final product turns out just as well as the swatch or the test paint.
