[130/366] mistake

I slept until noon (with a break a couple of hours after I had to let Gary out until I fell back asleep again), considered a nap this afternoon, made burritos for dinner and ate too much because it tasted so good...so have nothing to report and am too tired to do more than answer a question for today.

9 What is a mistake people often make about you?

I guess that I have a gender? No one ever looks at somebody and thinks there is a person with no gender. What would that even look like? No one knows. It's such a deep assumption that everyone's one of the two or at least the third gender of "trying to subvert that binary."

It is a common mistake, and it probably isn't helped by the way that language gets gendered, too, even when not officially so.

We had delicious burritos from the local place last week. Worth the risk of take out, I think. I've been too tired to cook much.
