Andrew says he's aging in dog years so he's nearly six. Sounds about right.

But to his fellow humans, he's forty today! Happy birthday, love.

Andrew said his usual sleepy hello from upstairs to let me know he was awake. I expressed sympathy because it was still early, and said I was sorry the dog had veen barking enough to wake him.

"He just wanted to give us time to watch The Good Place before you leave!" Andrew said. (I made him get up early last week to watch the premiere with me because I knew otherwise he'd watch it without me while I was at uni and then even if we watched it together he'd know what was going to happen.)

"Also, happy birthday!" I said.

"We haven't got time for that now, Good Place first!" he said. Haha. Priorities!
