Seriously, that's why I tend to go to Google first, but that wasn't even particularly helpful, nor was OneLook. If I had to guess, I'd wager it has something to do with walking around in the subway?
Tube walking is actually a thing a very small number of people know about, which is most of the reason I thought it was funny that it could possibly be, in any circles, in the "god don't you know anything?!" category of knowledge.
