Also, ultraruby IMed me today. I don't know what inspired her to do so, but I'm glad she did, as she's fun.

And she has a real name! Which is not in fact Ultraruby at all! She told it to me and everything. Despite me teasing her about sharing it with all British females, I actually think it is a good name, so I hope she can forgive me for the mockery.

Yes, I realize this isn't really a very big deal, but we are fond of each other even though we have no reason why, and she's definitely on my ever-growing list of People I Really Have to See When I Get Back to the UK.

I wish it was my real name. The other day someone from the internet called me 'ruby in real life, and I responded without even thinking about it, so I think I'm slowly assimilating my online identity with my actual one.

Awwwww! This was such a cool post to find on my friendslist when I sat down to work this morning.

It was lovely to 'speak' with you last night, and I really do hope we'll get to see each other in person one day.
