As for the second question, I've never actually given a blowjob. My practical experience has been entirely straight so far. I've certainly considered the possibility, though. I, like the textivore was momentarily fuzzy on who was who in the Scooby-verse... Both are attractive, but the mousey, nerdy qualities of Velma give her bonus points. :) Then there's something about Freddy ... he always seemed little effeminate, didn't he? Besides which, Frank Welker (voice of Freddy Jones) is just an über-talented voice actor, active even today in many animated series, mostly as animal noises.

Also, while the frappucino is not terribly disappointing as a drink, one would suppose giving the blowjob would entitle one to something in return ... Starbucks has no such implication. ;)

I answered "Velma", as you probably guessed I would, but it actually depends...are we talking movie or cartoon? Normally I prefer the geek girl, but if we're talking about the movie, I'd have a damned hard time saying "no" to Sarah Michelle Gellar (unless the question that required "no" was something like her asking me "do you want me to stop f**king you now?").

While Daphne is generally considered better-looking, Velma is far more attractive overall. Hell, she's the only one of the whole lot even capable of having an intelligent conversation. It's no contest, really. Besides, if you could get her to cut loose, I'll be she'd be a wild woman. ;)
