Do you own an iPod? I left an iPod Shuffle at my old house. It had some really good songs on it!

Do you remember where you were on 9/11? In my dorm room at Blackley Hall. One of the girls down the hall barged in and said "pray pray pray, you guys" and I was really annoyed because she was kind of annoying.

I'm bad at both, I'd probably rather take the picture because I photograph disgustingly badly unless D is taking a selfie of us and has specifically instructed me on where to look (so that I look like I'm looking at the camera; otherwise my nystagmus ensures I that I cannot do this).

Do you ever take medication to help you fall asleep? When I can. I wish I could do it a lot more!

Has anyone told you a secret this week? Not a secret exactly but I learned some sensitive information about a friendly acquaintance I'd like to be better friends with.
When was the last time you had Starbucks? I cannot remember, probably years. It's my least favorite of the coffee chains and they're my least favorite way to consume coffee.
Can you whistle? No! I was distraught about this as a kid and honestly it's still disappointing to me now. I've never been able to.
What is the first thing you notice about the opposite sex? Usually how I can make myself useful to them because it's probably for work.

Are you currently wanting any piercings or tattoos? I've vaguely been wanting a tattoo since I was 23. That's twenty whole years now! Maybe it'll happen some day.
What’s the weather like? A little chilly in shorts and a linen shirt, but not so chilly that I'm not wearing shorts and a linen shirt.

When is the last time you slept on the floor? It'll have been a long time...
How many hours of sleep do you need to function? Depends what you mean by function...5-6 will get me through a work day and little else, but I'll be miserable. 8 or 9 makes me feel good.
Do you eat breakfast daily? Absolutely, it's very important to me. It needs to be something with protein in it.
Are your days fast-paced? Nope. Work feels that way sometimes but really I'm still sitting on my ass.
What did you do last night? Felt kinda sick and gross, went to bed early. Didn't sleep, but at least I was in bed.
Do you use sarcasm? I used to pride myself on it as a teenager. I haven't gotten much better since. I was often told when I first moved here that Americans don't understand sarcasm. My responses were dripping with it.

Are you picky about spelling and grammar? Nope. If I can read it it's fine. Spelling and grammar standardization is nationalist in origin and used as a proxy for other bigotries: sexism, ableism, racism, ageism...
Have you ever been to six flags? Nope. Lots of other theme parks but not that.
Do you get along better with the same sex or the opposite sex? Gender doesn't seem to be a determinant factor.
Do you like mustard? I'm getting better. I hated it as a kid.

Do you watch the news? I never did (except in the sense that it had to be on while I had to eat dinner as a kid). I gave up listening/reading it in 2016, it just wasn't good for my mental health.

What is the last thing you purchased? Treats on my way home from the GP where I had blood drawn this afternoon.

Can you dive without plugging your nose? I never could dive. But I never understood the benefit of plugging one's nose when you jump in the water anyway; I don't get water up my nose anyway.
What color is your razor? I don't have one. I need one. This has to be the year I learn how blind people trim their beards.

Who would you want to be tied to for 24 hours? Hahaha what.
What is a rumor someone has spread about you? I can't imagine I'm interesting enough for anyone to bother making up rumors about, but do tell me if you hear any good ones!
How do you feel about carrots? Delicious raw or roasted. Nice shredded into salads or whatever. When I was little I thought that raw carrots and cooked carrots were entirely different foods because the only way my mom cooked them turned them into mush (leaving them in warm water until whenever my dad got home from work) or turned them a brown-orange color (brorange) and made them taste like beef or pork (by putting potatoes and carrots in the crock-pot along with the roast).

Do you have Entomophobia? Not exactly, but I think I did when I was a kid. I couldn't really see bugs, I experienced them as annoying nosies, creepy sensations on my skin, or a sudden appearance of something that I couldn't see coming.

Are you a television addict? Not at all. I'm happy to be around it if others are watching but the only thing I choose to turn it on for myself is baseball games.
