I am really struggling lately to get out of bed and to do work and then especially to do anything that isn't work.
I'd say I need a holiday but I just have to make it a couple weeks until my holiday.
I also need to start the vitamin-D, daylight-lamp regemin again. I don't know if they actually help me, but they at least make me feel like I'm doing what I can?
In the meantime, I need a tada list instead of a todo list for today I think.
- I did get up. I only did one 5-minute call on my phone from my bedroom.
- I attended a work event about Black queer intersectionality
- I helped my manager a little with something he had to do on behalf of another team member who's on leave
- and in that conversation I was brave in talking about a thing I'll update on here when I have the spoons, but using my words got the usual good result of him being just the best manager ever
- I took out the recycling after thinking for the last two days that I should
- I folded and put away my laundry
- I tried to get Gary's pet insurance sorted, and yet again was failed by technical difficulties, but I made a good effort on a thing that's been stressing me out and I want to acknowledge that
- and I'm about to take a shower that I should've done last night and just couldn't bring myself to
