We went swimming in Matlock again, brought some extra friends this time. It was lovely to see them, and I hadn't seen the usual lot in a long time.

I woke up still having a headache, the remnants of Thursday's migraine which had hung around yesterday. So it was difficult to contemplate the practical, emotional and mental efforts it took to go outdoor swimming, but it was a nice day.
