[225/365] gremlin dog
Aug. 13th, 2022 10:09 pmI was peacefully sitting outside early this morning, having done a YouTube exercise video and then a shower, contemplating breakfast, when suddenly I heard a very sleepy QMB, hours earlier than it's a good idea to see her in the mornings, saying "what's wrong?"
Not to me, to Gary.
He'd snuck upstairs (I'd forgotten to close the stair gate!) and into her room (bedroom door usually closed wasn't last night to circulate air better when it's warm) and banged on her bed until she followed him downstairs, worried that something had happened to me or whatever.
She and I were both so worried to see each other, heh. Gary just wandered off like "my work here is done!"

Date: 2022-08-14 08:12 pm (UTC)I guess so!
He does seem keen on Human Enrichment activities, like the games we play with him he thinks are for our benefit, and he's invented his own game called "pretend you want a walk and then run away giggling when the humans get your leash out" which we do not like (especially because he plays this in the evening when we're tired...) but it's clearly something he thinks he's doing for our own good.
