I've been drinking so much less in the last year. Rarely more than one night a week and almost never than one drink a night.

So if I say I'm on my fifth drink, and my fifth kind of drink (lager with dinner, espresso martini, a cocktail mix I got for my birthday (it's been in the fridge since, it was fine), a gin and tonic (with the orange blossom gin, it's delicious) and now porter)...

...you can probably guess how incapable I am of making a coherent entry for today.

But I've had a nice day, I'm looking forward to tomorrow, I love virtual club nights and hope they carry on past quarantimes (the drinks are cheap, I know where the toilets are, and I can take notes of a library book while I'm getting drunk!), and that's about all I have to say for myself right now.

I can imagine the state I'd be in in that situation and it wouldn't be very good. Glad you're having fun :)

It's a lot for me! Even under pre-lockdown circumstances it would've been! At first I thought it was four drinks but since they were all different I could go "...wait, that's five." Haha. I might feel bad tomorrow but that's okay, it's the weekend.

Yay for virtual clubnights and as you say cheaper drinks, more controllable noise, better bogs and often better company :D
