[270/366] I miss the Moon
Sep. 26th, 2020 10:45 pmWell, I tried to celebrate International Observe the Moon Night on my little walk this evening, but the damn sky is still too cloudy.
With one thing and another, I haven't seen the moon much at all lately and this is no good.
It is literally the only good thing I can think of as the nights start getting longer (this evening saw one of my first "It's getting dark already?!" wails from me, and I noticed similar from some friends elsewhere today too so it feels like some kind of threshold has been crossed), that I see the moon more in fall and winter because so much more of those days are in darkness ugh.

And I think that's kind of a shame. It's always good for us to look at the moon and the mist and the horizon.
