[266/366] inanimate objects
Sep. 22nd, 2020 05:51 pm22 Do you have an inanimate object that you have given a name?
I guess have a couple of stuffed animals that I've named: Mark the Shark who was a present from
mother_bones after I fell in love with him in the Birmingham Sea Life Centre gift shop. (She it a matching shark, hers is Sharky.) And the dog I won from the Scottish Lib Dem Women raffle got called Ruaraidh because the Scottish Liberal Youth determined that it looked like one of them who's called Ruaraidh. Also I have a little stuffed version of the planet Mercury, which I call Cal (short for Caloris Basin, a crater from an impact so big it was almost enough to break the planet apart).
But not all the stuffed toys have names; I never named the jellyfish (another gift from another Sea Life Centre, in Brighton this time).
