Nandos "hot" is a bit hotter than I remembered (I'd been going through a phase of "medium" lately but last time I thought it seemed kinda boring).

Still it wasn't too bad: not enough to make my food traumatic or my nose run. Just enough that my mouth tingled, but not so much that I didn't want to press my lips together to enjoy an extra endorphin or two.
