Sometimes it's better to light a flamethrower than curse the darkness

I had a lot of help from a friend of mine who is disabled and used to work with disabled students at a (different) university so she was extremely helpful in getting me through the forms and making suggestions. It was especially valuable because I came through clearing, by the skin of my teeth, so I found myself suddenly having to learn how to slot myself into this system with no warning or preparation!
