[354/365] space room

mother_bones said you know you can decorate that bedroom however you want. You could have the 12-year-old boy bedroom that you never got to. I'm paraphrasing but she definitely planted in my head this idea of a "boy's" bedroom and that was immediately what I wanted.
So I've got a kind of space themed room now, it's painted blue and green (I almost went for two shades of blue but then couldn't resist my favorite shade of my favorite color) and I have glow-in-the-dark constellations on my curtains, I have a "space lamp" which is a Bluetooth speaker that also makes green laser dots and/or LED light patterns on the walls/ceiling. I have a plastic moon with color-changing LED lights in it. I have photos from Hubble and Apollo and stuff to hang on the walls. I have a space lampshade with nebulas and an astronaut on it. I have a solar system rug. I have little fabric storage boxes with more glow-in-the-dark stars and cartoony rocket designs on them.
I love my room and it makes me so happy.
