It was intense, for me anyway, but in a good way (I was really exhausted afterward though! like people are after having a deep conversation with a good friend).
Springsteen has been an important part of my life as long as I can remember. The first song I liked as a toddler was "Born in the U.S.A." and the music has always reminded me a lot of my dad (who bought the record but also did that kind of manual labor in dead-end towns that the characters of Springsteen's songs do.
And Stuart gets this (he's met my dad and knows the kind of place I'm from and I think it kinda makes sense to him) and has been a big fan himself for longer than I've been alive. He was the best company to watch this in, definitely.
