I think that's a pretty accurate description of the experience of the endless three-minute delays and the lying train which told us it was a Circle when it was a District, which caused a surprisingly huge amount of mental effort and stair-climbing to get us pointing in the right direction again, just in time to appreciate more "three"-minute delays.
