I love how you write your recipes. :-) Not just because you keep pointing out the double entendres but also because they include ingrediments like 'some fish' and directions like 'heat oil in big pan.' None of this 'you need a special magic kind of pan for this that costs £50' and 'this is a crucial ingredient you've never heard of and will never find at the store' kind of stuff! Most encouraging.
