Holly and Andrew are lying on the couch--sort of, in a half-on-the-couch-half-not kind of way...that also includes half-on-the-footstool.

They'd been reading books (his Schindler's Ark, which of course became the film Schindler's List, and hers Reefer Madness, essays about marijuana and migrant workers and pornography, by the guy who wrote Fast Food Nation). Then they'd been doing other things you don't want to hear about. The only detail pertinent to this story is that the mp3s on the Linux computer are on random play.

A new one starts, and it's not music at all but someone talking; all Holly can discern is something about space being curved. Andrew says, 'Oh, I guess that means it's time to get up, because an hour-long Richard Feynman lecture about relativity does not make good make-out music.'

'Even though we'd laid in bed last night and talked about quantum theory?' she asked him.

If there's anything scarier than geeks, it's gotta be geeks in love.

I think anyone that let me hear Feynman's voice would be entitled to some serious carnal reward in the very, very near future.

Richard Feynman has been my crush since I was 10. Damn, that man was sexy (and fairly intelligent, too, from what I gather).

You did that deliberately, didn't you, to put Smart Girls in my head?
I hate you.

I've said it before and I'm sure I'll say it again ... Andrew is a very lucky man.

That's probably very similar to Thad getting turned on when I find "quasar" on a Boggle board. :-)

Y'all are adorable! *hugs*
